My room was a Double Room Annex and it was very spacious. The bathroom was very clean and well kept. All of the staff were helpful and polite. The swimming pool was very clean and warm and plenty of clean towels were available.
The breakfast did not have fresh chopped fruit available.

the staff were friendly (which is always a plus).
I found the room cleanliness lacking upon arrival. there was significant dust present (perhaps missed during cleaning). the bed also proved uncomfortable. The mattress felt old and lumpy, indicating it needed replacement, old mattress.

the staff was amazing and very friendly i felt special. the food was good with much choice and tasted delicious. i especially liked the full english breakfast. the hotel was super clean and nicely decorated i enjoyed that.

the location was easily accessible. the room size was adequate, great for comfortable movement. the provided parking was convenient and ample. i found the hotel grounds to be quite nice for a short walk.
the coffee could be better.
